 WPSC is keen to encourage newcomers to the sport of windsurfing. The membership list is currently open and we are keen to attract new members whether they are beginners, keen racers or 'free ride' sailors.
In the past it has been a very active family club but many of the juniors have grown up and 'flown the nest' - new families will be particularly warmly welcomed as they will help us to introduce young people to the sport and develop the club atmosphere.
The club is a safe environment for young children and the water is very safe for any novice who can swim. The lee shore is never more than half a kilometre walk home and the safety boat can be launched by a committee member if it isn't already on the water.
Joining
The fees for 2007/2008 are set out below. Day sailing tickets are available at weekends for £8 from a committee member. Note that third-party liability insurance is required.
